Over Easement Approval
An easement is an area of land, or part of an allotment, reserved by law for a specific purpose, such as access, drainage reticulation, or municipal services. If you wish to build over an easement you must gain approval from your local council. To determine who the responsible authorities that have rights to your easement are please check your title.
