Copies of Plans & Certificates

Whittlesea Building Services can obtain copies of house plans or building certificates for extensions, alterations or just for your information. To apply for plans or certificates you must be the owner of the property in question or have written consent from the owner to apply.

Fees vary accordingly, $33 for certificates (building permit, insurance certificate, occupancy permit), $55 for house plans and $130 for commercial plans. Please note plans and certificates in excess of 10 years may be difficult to locate and the fees are search fees only.
